You bought the CRM to track clients. You bought the invoicing software to stop losing payments. You bought the inventory system because the spreadsheet was chaos. You bought the scheduling tool because the calendar was a disaster.

The Hidden Cost of Disconnected Tools

Here is what actually happens in a business running on five systems that do not share data:

Integration design: Knowing which connections are worth building and which are not. Not every handoff needs to be automated. The ones that happen daily, involve client-facing data, or produce errors regularly are the ones that cost the most.

Most businesses need outside perspective on both. Not because it is complicated but because the people inside the business have adapted to the workarounds and no longer see them clearly.
